Toronto Team 2017
Some of our older youth and parents were part of the Toronto Team 2017. Throughout the year we explored issues around poverty and social justice and how God is calling us to make a difference in our own community. Then in March, we spent 4 days in Toronto, learning and serving. Our partner for this is TOOLS. This is the 4th team from Elora UC!
And now we have a 5th team preparing for March 2020! This team of 20 is mostly senior high school youth and some adults.
Two Countries One World (TCOW)
Some of our youth have been part of TCOW. It is a year-long learning and service experience, culminating in a week of experiencing another country. In March 2019, one of our Elora UC youth went to Columbia. TCOW is a ministry our local region in the United Church.
